私人貼身衣物除破損瑕疵+未使用過(需錄開箱影片證實開箱即破損)，恕無法提供退換貨。
即期品因有期限，故除瑕疵破損外(需錄開箱影片證實開箱即破損)，無法提供退換貨。
實體店面消費商品，請於店面確認好金額無誤再行下單，經下單一概不予取消。

為保障會員權益，於欣買+購買商品若收到效期不滿一年之商品，欣買+將無條件贈送該商品於顧客。並完整退還點數或金額。
因各家品牌各有促銷方案，若欣買+會員發現欣買+上架之商品與「原品牌官網價格不一」，請立即通知欣買+協調處理，欣買+亦會贈送小禮品給予舉報之會員，作為通知的感謝。

欣買+共有四個不同的商品運送類別，下述為分別說明:
欣買+總倉出貨:
商品寄倉於欣買+由欣買+統一出貨
欣買+免運商品:
不須滿額即可免運之商品，由廠商額外寄送
欣買+廠商出貨:
無法寄倉於欣買+之商品，由廠商自行出貨
欣買+實體店面:
於實體店面下單，無運費之收取
若會員結帳之訂單有不同類別之商品，系統將自動為您分類，並計算出訂單之運費金額。
There are four different product delivery categories in Xinmai+. The following are the respective descriptions:
Xinmai + main warehouse shipment:
The goods are shipped to Xinmai + shipped by Xinmai + unified shipment
Good buy + free shipping items:
Products that do not need to be shipped in full will be shipped additionally by the manufacturer.
Xinmai+manufacturer shipping:
Products that cannot be shipped to Xinmai+ will be shipped by the manufacturer themselves.
Xinmai + physical store:
Place an order at a physical store, no shipping charges will be charged
If the member's checkout order contains products of different categories, the system will automatically classify them for you and calculate the shipping fee for the order.
